What is the processing time for custom tumblers?
We engrave and ship orders within 1–5 business days.
How quickly will I receive them?
Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days, including production and shipping. We ship from NJ; shipping typically takes 1–5 business days to most U.S. locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.
Engraving Design
Do I need to convert my logo to black & white or remove the background?
Nope! We can do this for you. We will convert any color logo to a 2-color file so that we’re able to engrave it.
If I give you a color logo, will my design print in color?
It will not. Since our tumblers are engraved, your logo is etched into the cup, revealing the silver stainless steel color underneath.
Can you engrave any logo or artwork into the tumbler?
Yes! We can engrave most logos and designs. For the best results, we recommend artwork with clean lines and clear details. Very fine lines or highly detailed elements may not reproduce clearly when engraved.
Photographs are not recommended, as laser engraving cannot reproduce the full detail and shading of a photo.
Can I see a mockup?
Sure! Though we don’t offer mockups automatically, we’re happy to send you a mockup if you request one. Please email us with your logo + desired tumbler style/color to request one.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
To place an order, select your tumbler color and pricing tier, then upload your logo. Enter the exact number of tumblers you’d like in the Quantity box and add to cart.
For example: If you need 30 white tumblers, select WHITE, choose 25 OR MORE TUMBLERS, upload your logo, then enter 30 in the Quantity box.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Because we work quickly to get orders into production and shipped as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Can I return my tumblers?
Since these tumblers were engraved with your custom design, we are unable to accept returns.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will get a shipping notification with a tracking number just as soon as your order ships.
